Privacy Policy

Personal Information

In this current website release, solaris does not ask for or gather any personal information other than your IP address in specific cases outlined below. Therefore, we will never store or distribute personal or identifiable information. Nobody from the solaris staff team, emails or services will ever ask for your personal information when it doesn't apply to ro-aviation. Never give out passwords or crucial security information.

Access Logging (API Usage)

solaris utilises industry-standard practices for API Access logging, which includes logging access, type of data requested and the IP address of the network which the information was requested from. This includes when using the event calendar page, as your device accesses our flights database. Your IP address is completely unidentifiable and is not linked to your name, person or device when it reaches our servers. API access logs are stored securely and only accessible by the website developer.

Support

When using official support branches, such as the solarisSupport bot, agents are to keep your data secure. Any unathorised sharing of ticket content is prohibited as long as the content is within our rules and community guidelines. When contacting us, be rest assured your concerns are safe with us. Only authorised personell have access to ticket transcripts, ticket channels and utilities.

In-Experience Logging

By using our 'flight ratings' feature, your username, star rating and written feedback are all sent to our staff team, so they are able to improve the quality of our flights for the future. All information cannot be confirmed to be secure, as the wider staff team do have access to view the flight feedback. Never submit sensitive information through flight reviews.



Please note that all staff panel usage is logged, including database access, asset insertion, attendance data logging and role/uniform updates. This information is visible to HRs only, and only contains your username, and action.

Tickets Policy

Tickets Lisence

When purchasing a ticket through the group store, solarisHub or other means of vendor, solaris reserves the right to revoke your right to use tickets and class upgrades, regardless if you have been terminated, banned or sanctioned. As the ticketholder, you purchase the privilage to upgrade your flight experience, and if misused through exploiting, verbally assulting a staff member or sharing of innapropriate content, this can be removed.



The prices of tickets can fluxuate and vary over time, and solaris will not offer compensation to previous customers who are seeking cashback for the adjust in price of tickets. We periodically update our pricing model to stay in line with the rest of our industry, as well as offer promotions and discounts on selected classes.

Refund Information

Due to Roblox Terms of Service, we are unable to process any refunds relating to ticket sales. This means that we can't offer any proportion of your money back after the sale. Always be sure of the product you are buying before proceeding to checkout.

Lisence Transfers

solaris will only consider transfering your ticket lisence(s) in the event of a Roblox account termination, after being provided proof and an applicaiton being made to solarisSupport. We heavily restrict the number of lisence transfers due to the amount of fraud which could possibly take place. Any other requests for transfer, such as for a gift, giveaway or prize is not authorised and all transfer requests are heavily investigates by our support team.



If you have previously won a solaris ticket or class in a giveaway or through purchase, and have unfortunately lost access to your account or rank, please make a support ticket with solarisSupport to allow us to investigate your case further. Unfortunately, if you have no proof or evidence show your claims, your application may be denied.

Group Membership

You must uphold a valid group membership (being in the group) to attend our flights. Not being in the group will result in you not being able to join flights, partake in giveaways etc.

Bans Policy

All Discord and Roblox bans are managed by our High Ranking staff team. solaris reserves the right to restrict or remove access for specific people. Please be advised that not all bans can be appealed, if this is stated on your ban reason then this is the case. Always respect our support team whilst dealing with any appeals or disputes.
